Compassion in ActionDate: March 5, 2020
The Universe—the center of all life—whispers to us that compassion is one of the most difficult emotions to understand from a distance, especially when we have never truly lived with or as compassion in action. Compassion is not just an emotion. Compassion is a state of being that teaches a human being how to truly understand the struggles of another. Through this understanding, a human being chooses not to add to the suffering of others. Instead, compassion guides a human to stand in silent support, offering love and empathy without attachment. This form of non-attachment is rooted in a higher frequency of love—one that does not cling or control but allows another to simply be. In the journey of ascension, there are many paths—paths of knowledge, vision, creation, and strength. But beneath all of them, like the roots that nourish a tree, is the seed of compassion. Without compassion, knowledge becomes cold, vision becomes distorted, creation becomes selfish, and strength becomes wielded with an iron fist. Compassion is the light that transforms all these forces into tools for spiritual evolution. To ascend, to truly evolve, a human must come to understand and embody compassion—not just as a concept, but as an active, living force. This is where true mastery begins. |
Compassion, however, must begin within. Many of us suffer because we bend ourselves to please others, to fulfill expectations or demands. We may twist our own will so much that we lose touch with our original truth, abandoning truthfulness in the process. This is one of the deepest lessons of the human experience: to stop bending will to others, to stop compromising essence, and instead, to stand tall in spiritual strength and Universal Truth. This is the path of the universal human being.
Where do you demand others to be something they are not, simply because you need them to fit into your narrative or your comfort zone?
How often do we try to mold others to our needs, instead of allowing them to simply be?
Those who control or abuse with power often bend the wills of those around them, consciously or unconsciously, manipulating others to maintain dominance. This is the lesson of destruction—the outward destruction that creates suffering in others, a destruction that might be visible or hidden beneath the surface. Unconscious destruction is the silent energy that attacks the invisible world around us, aimed at controlling or manipulating others.
But the journey of ascension is one of profound transformation. Those who wield outward destruction will, over time, find themselves experiencing the opposing polarity: inward-bound destruction. The Universe principles of life ensure that those who inflict suffering upon others will eventually face inner turmoil. Inward-bound destruction manifests as rejection, struggle, and disease—discomforts that force a human to turn inward and understand the heartache caused by the suffering inflicted on others. This is the Law of Cause and Effect at work: a deep, spiritual reckoning that compels a human to feel the effects of actions.
Through these experiences, a human being comes to the realization that he or she must never cause suffering, distress, or destruction upon another. Compassion—the ability to truly understand and feel what others are going through—becomes the balm that heals this wound. Through ascension, through the trials and transformations that arise, compassion will be revealed as the highest guiding force-- the force that allows humanity to move from destruction to creation, from separation to unity, and from suffering to harmony.
In the end, the spiritual path is simple. When we fully understand compassion, when we live compassion in action, we no longer cause suffering to anyone. Compassion is not just an emotion. Compassion is an action—a living, breathing force that fuels our evolution and frees us to live in harmony with all of existence.
Compassion is the path. Compassion is the answer. Compassion is the way home.
