• Choose a quiet space—outdoors in nature or imagined from your home.
• Close the eyes and breathe deeply. Allow awareness to settle, and feel your body rooting gently into the Earth.
• Visualize golden and pink light rising from deep within the planet and flowing into your heart and cells.
• Send love and gratitude down through your body, creating a two-way connection with Earth.
• Expand this love to the land, water, sky, and all living beings within reach.
• Set a clear intention for the land to experience gentle movement and balanced weather—sufficient rain, warming sun, cooling wind, and firm grounding.
• Ask the Earth to offer a message, and listen with the heart.
• Sit in stillness and receive any feelings, images, or impressions.

Continue this connection as long as you wish. When complete, return to the day carrying Earth’s love within.
